1 Key Definitions

The following terms used in this document have the meanings set out below:

• "cbaj" or "Platform" — The online casino and betting service operated under the cbaj.lat domain.
• "User" or "Player" — A person who holds a registered account on cbaj and is using the platform.
• "Account" — A user's personal cbaj account, secured by login credentials.
• "Balance" — The total of real money and bonus funds deposited in an account.
• "Bonus" — Promotional credits granted by cbaj, subject to specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place a specified amount in bets before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on cbaj and use its services, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You may create only one account — multiple accounts for the same person are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are creating the account in your own name and for your own use — managing an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• You must keep your login credentials (password) confidential and must not share them with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your account.

3 Identity Verification & KYC Process

cbaj is a safe and reliable platform. To prevent fraud and money laundering, we conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) as required. As part of the KYC process, you may be asked to provide the following documents:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address (a recent utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

cbaj reserves the right to hold withdrawals until KYC verification is complete. The verification process is simple and completed quickly.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on cbaj are fully secured by SSL encryption. The following conditions apply:

• Deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — only these four mobile banking methods are accepted.
• Minimum deposit: ৳300 per method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawal time: Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if the account has not been verified.
• cbaj reserves the right to request additional verification for any suspicious transactions.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonus offers on cbaj are subject to the following general conditions. Additional conditions may apply to specific promotions.

Welcome bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

Wagering requirement: You must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing winnings from that bonus. The wagering calculation applies to the bonus amount only, not to the combined total of deposit and bonus.

• After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time limit.
• Some games may be ineligible or only partially eligible for bonus wagering.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• cbaj reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse or fraud is suspected.
• cbaj reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus offers.
• If a user makes a withdrawal before using a bonus, that bonus may be cancelled.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games on the cbaj platform operate under fair play principles. The main gaming rules are as follows:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets on games that are incomplete due to a technical fault will be automatically considered void and the staked amount will be refunded.
• Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is impartial and independently tested.
• Specific rules for individual events apply separately in sports betting.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed for any reason, the related bets will be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded.
• Bets will not be accepted if the account does not have sufficient balance.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cbaj. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the balance:

• Collusion betting: Using multiple accounts or coordinating with other players to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Arbitrage betting: Placing opposing bets on the same event across different platforms with the aim of making a risk-free profit.
• Money laundering: Conducting transactions involving illegal funds through cbaj.
• Software use: Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Hacking: Attempting to exploit security vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Multiple accounts: Operating two or more accounts belonging to the same person.
• False information: Providing false or fabricated information during registration or verification.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

cbaj may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to provide the required documents for KYC verification within the specified time.
• Detection of suspicious or unusual transaction patterns.
• As a precautionary measure due to a security risk.
• At the user's own request.

In the case of permanent closure, if there is no evidence of a terms violation, the valid balance will be returned to the user. Bonus balances will always be forfeited.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

In summary, cbaj follows these principles:

• Your personal information is never sold to third parties.
• All data is secured by SSL encryption.

10 Limitation of Liability

cbaj is an entertainment platform. cbaj's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Gaming losses: cbaj is not liable for financial losses resulting from losing a game — gaming always carries financial risk.
